Kuliner Nusantara

Kuliner translated as Culinary in Indonesian or Malay language. Culinary means "related to cooking", are the cuisine arts of food preparation, cooking, and presentation of food, usually in the form of meals. Nusantara is the Indonesian name of Maritime Southeast Asia or parts of it. It is generally taken to mean the Indonesian Archipelago. It is an Old Javanese term which literally means "outer islands" And obviously, the outer islands of Indonesia are Singapore and Malaysia. The 3 neighbours share a common love for food hospitality despite the difference in language, accents and food name. They even adapted the style and spices of how Thais and Kabayan cook. Being Asian simply means racial unity and harmony in food.
